Blondies Trophy Room - Cortez

The staff were incredibly friendly. I ordered a chicken dish, which was simple yet expertly prepared. The presentation was absolutely stunning, with the plate arranged in a perfect circular pattern and elegant white engravings on the 'Steak'—it felt truly upscale. If they put this much effort into a straightforward dish, I can’t wait to return and try something more intricate!

We’re visiting from Wisconsin and made a stop in Cortez, Colorado, on our way to Mesa Verde. We enjoyed several dinners and drinks here. The bartenders were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We had some great conversations and had a fantastic time! The food not only looked amazing but also tasted even better! I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger with Pup Fries, and it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! The fries were fantastic too. There was a wide variety of options on the menu, and I would definitely plan a trip to Cortez just to eat here again!

Great place! Loved the decor, the service food. We just happened to stop by, our hotel was down the street and I'm so glad we stopped. Next time we visit Cortez, we will definitely stop in again.
