Reluctant Fisherman Inn - Cordova

One of the best salads I’ve ever had, enhanced by the stunning location! The wonderful view and the outdoor dining experience made for a perfect start to our first night in Cordova.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was fantastic for the price, and the attached bar/grill offered top-notch quality with a wonderful atmosphere. The bar was well-stocked, and the food was outstanding. The service exceeded all expectations. Jake, in particular, was exceptional—he works hard to ensure customer satisfaction. I would give him a perfect 5/5 stars for his service, and the chef also deserves a 5/5 for the food quality and pricing. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this bar/restaurant to everyone. Thank you, Jake, for such a great experience and for accommodating my request regarding the alcohol. They truly deserve the tips for their phenomenal service. Thanks again!

I never stayed here, but I have a little story to say that I met a man today who said he was a recently released cook for this facility. He was in Seattle where he cleaned his mothers home when she died recently. I just wanted to say that he seemed to be such a charming person and I have no doubt that his meals were fantastic before he had to go I hope he could somehow work again as chef in the Cordova region when he seemed a very good man.

The hospitality that I received was top notch! They allowed me a late 1pm check out. Then held my bags the the front desk, until it closed at 9pm. Then they allowed me to wait with 5 bags in the bar. Sierra and Shelby were amazing and literally catered to everything I needed while maintaining a customer service that would rival the service's of a large chain hotel. I recommend that you check it out!

I recently visited the Reluctant Fisherman Inn, and it was an incredible experience! Cordova is a true gem of a city, and my stay at the Inn exceeded my expectations. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, and the view was absolutely beautiful! Thank you to the staff at Reluctant—I'll definitely be back!
