Wings where HORRIBLE!! OVERCOOKED and scribbled up to the point the meat was hard. I ordered from Uber Eats. So I called the store for a remake and was told I must take this up with Uber Eats. I didn't understand because Uber eats did nothing wrong Y'ALL burnt the food so why not just remake it. Smh never again!Food: 1/5

Like all the other reviews AWFUL!!!!!!! Customer service!!!!! Female cashier still on her phone. Rung up party wings instead of whole wings. Talking to customers with food in her mouth! Still wouldn’t answer the phone. I HATE 3rd st Food spots! U try to patron BLK OWNED BUSINESSES!!! But it’s not worth it!!! Y’all need to do better!!!!!Come and check on your business, retraining is needed.

Called order in, and still waited over an hour for food that they said would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Food was good, but I can't tolerate terrible service.Food: 3/5

I don’t normally like to give bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I really like their food but for years they have been notorious for not answering the phone. I was at home, called 8x to place an order, no one would answer. I pull up to place an order at 805pm on a Saturday. A girl is sitting at the counter, asks me if I am picking up. When I say I want to place an order she tells me they are closed. The door and the website clearly state they close at 10pm… the staff are literally in there chilling on their phones and have someone in the restaurant obviously waiting on food. Can’t even put their phones down long enough to straighten up the store.
