Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I went there, end of day. If it was just me, I wouldn't complain. This food wasn't even for me. I honestly shouldn't even bother. But I want to let it be known that I ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger sandwich only. No onions, mustard, pickles. Add Lettuce, tomato, thousand island. And a fried chicken sandwich, plain, no bread. Here's what I got: California Double Style Cheese Burger no onions, and a Double Cheese Burger everything on it, no bread. Monumental mess up on the order. I'm the only person in my car. I can't just sit there in a busy drive through and go through my order to make sure that it's correct. It's not fair to the customers behind me, and frankly, it's not something that I should have to do.

I've enjoyed great service and delicious food here in the past, but my recent visit was disappointing. This time, I received my custard before the main course, causing it to melt. There seemed to be a complete lack of concern for customers today. Additionally, I found something hard in my ice cream that shouldn't have been there. I'm only giving a 3-star rating because of my positive experiences in the past.

I just wanted to mention that this place was fantastic for my school cheer team. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and extremely efficient! We will definitely return whenever we are in Searcy for away games!

I wouldn’t change a thing! We tasted the concrete, burger, chili cheese fries, and chicken, and everything was outstanding! The managers and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The fries and milkshakes are fantastic!!! The burgers are decent but slightly overcooked. We ordered three meals and four large shakes, which came to $47.00, so it’s a bit pricey for fast food.
