Chicken Salad Chick - Conroe

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. Christine, the manager, always greets me with a smile and remembers my preferences. She handles any issues effortlessly, though I rarely encounter any problems. My husband and I dine here 1 to 2 times each week. One suggestion we have is to vary the soups more frequently; we’ve grown a bit weary of the baked potato and chicken tortilla options. Thank you!

We took a seat near the counter, and I noticed a senior couple walk in, whom he greeted warmly and respectfully. However, when a group of young women of color entered, his demeanor changed drastically; he became condescending, irritated, and rude, which felt almost racist. As for the food, it was decent but lacked seasoning; it could have used more onion, salt, and pepper. On a positive note, the greens and vegetables were very fresh and crisp, and the buttercream cookies were quite good. Sadly, due to the cashier's behavior, I won't be returning.

The restaurant is very nice and impeccably clean. Tiffany provided excellent service and thoroughly explained how everything worked. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was both clean and welcoming. We will definitely return.

I normally DISLIKE Chicken Salad, but Chicken Salad Chick makes THE BEST Chicken Salad IN THE WORLD! They don’t just serve Chicken Salad; their Mac & Cheese is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I ordered the Mac & Cheese recently and absolutely loved it. When my dad asked me to try the Chicken Salad, I was pleasantly surprised—I ended up loving it so much that I ordered some for myself! That’s something that NEVER happens to me! Overall, I really LOVE this place, and you should too! They also have cookies that are just incredible! The staff is fantastic, and so is the food. My only complaint is that it’s a bit far from my house, but thankfully, they’re opening a location closer to me! So if you’re ever in the mood for Chicken Salad, you absolutely need to head over to Chicken Salad Chick! It’s the best!

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit and I'm definitely planning to return! I'm eager to try more of their chicken salad flavors. As for the sides, I absolutely loved their grape salad.
