The food was everything it was pass my expectations

This has to be the worst place i have ever eaten at. My food was a complete flop, 0/10. I had super soggy french toast and watery eggs. When i asked the waitress about fixing it she was very nasty and rude about it. Insisting nothing was wrong with it. Id talk and she’d never respond and just walk away. My whole table thought she was very rude. She never checked on us, was not helpful at all. This place is too expensive to have mid food and terrible service. I would never tell anyone to eat here, everrrrrr

Service was not 18% worthy. Restaurant wasn't full and the server spent more time chatting with colleagues than refilling drinks or checking to see if anything else was needed. Also, not genuine vibe. Not a natural. What motivates a server to be exceptional with they are guaranteed a tip snd then it's above standard. Really don't like that. Catfish seemed like the grease needed to be changed. Portion size was too inconsistent. Plates came to the same table and one plate had large pieces and the other had 2 small pieces. Smh. Loved. Loved. Loved the mac and cheese.

Breakfast was served timely and exactly as we ordered. Service was impeccable; our waiter Mike was so friendly and welcoming! The food was of high quality and delicious! The coffee was also really good! Being from Louisiana we know good food and coffee and Toast definitely delivered!

We arrived about 20 mins early for our reservation and Vidal was able to get us seating within 5 mins. He even saw me and my friend trying to take some pictures and offered to take them for us. The food was brought out quickly, our server was just ok not super friendly. So I am giving 5 starts for the atmosphere, customer service from Vidal, and the delicious food!
