I would recommend that guests seek another location for breakfast. The past two days have been quite disappointing. The food was cold, the service was chaotic, cleanliness was questionable, and it was clear that the staff lack proper guidance. It's very disappointing for such a large hotel.

I ordered the eggplant, and it arrived cold and lacking flavor. The two side dishes were just as disappointing. I spent nearly $80 for my mother and me, which felt like a complete waste of money and time. On a positive note, our waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food definitely needs improvement.
