Without a doubt, this is the best BBQ in the city. It's no surprise that there's often a line outside; it's absolutely worth the wait.

I have really come to love this food truck since I discovered it about three years ago. It started on Bankhead and later moved to Jackson Parkway. The wait time is usually at least an hour, but the food remains consistently excellent. Prices have gone up, I suppose due to rising food costs, but the quality has never wavered. I've tried the turkey wings in every flavor they offer, and the ribs are incredibly tender, practically melting in your mouth. The lamb is also perfectly smoked. While I don’t personally eat chicken wings, my wife says they are fantastic. Overall, I will definitely keep coming back and I highly recommend this spot to anyone in search of great ribs, along with some friendly conversation while you wait in line.

Always a fresh hot food. He has gotten more clients so the longer the line. It is worth the wait indeed.

PROS: Lamb Chops, Ribs and side items (corn, potato salad, mac n cheese) were GREAT! One guy eating a Turkey Leg in the parking lot words were It is Good! Friendly Customer Service Good Food makes me inclined to recommend others to pack your patience. CONS: Over 15 minutes standing in long line to place food order on Saturday evening around 4:30PM. Recommend having more than 2 people total working based on the high demand mass volume of customers. In addition to the standard walk-up order Recommend designated pick-up window for preorders.
