Ruth's Chris Steak House

Service kinda lacked at the beginning, but the food and improvement in service made up for it. Steak was so damn good everyone really enjoyed their meals. Sides are family style so everyone can try everything.

Sierra was absolutely amazing, my family and I came from Augusta and she was from savannah, she automatically connected with us. My son had an amazing time for his birthday all because of her. I will be back.

Service was poor. Had to ask for bread 3 times. Fork cleared with first course and main course delivered and had to wait for 10 Minutes to get fork with food sitting in front of me. Wrong sides delivered. Food was good but the service made for a poor experience.

Everything was great. From the service and friendly wait staff to the delicious food. This will be one steak house that I will definitely be returning to. Hopefully all the others will be the same back in NY.

I had my steak returned two times because it was still red in the middle. I was expecting either a new steak or it taken off my bill because of the inconvenience like in the past they've always done. I've only done once before it has really changed. people were coming in there with jeans and hats. I was actually surprised do better Ruth Chris, and the portions are smaller as well
