Pretzelmaker

American Cookies sells pretzels and smoothies. I was really craving a snack, so I bought two pretzels and one strawberry and two peach smoothies. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the pretzels at all; they tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out for a while. First impressions are important, and based on this experience, I won't be going back. I spent $25.

I really enjoy the location and the mozzarella pretzel bites with marinara sauce are my favorite! I also love the cookies. However, the attitude of the employees could use some improvement. They are not very friendly, and since I usually spend between $20 and $30 on each visit, I believe I deserve to be greeted and served with a smile. It makes me question the quality of the food they provide when the service isn’t great. I may consider going back to see if the service improves, but if it doesn’t, I won’t return to this location.
