Bidrage med feedbackOK Yaki was a pretty solid experience. It's a pretty cool spot to hang out for drinks for a while before you head out some other place. The bar is right in front of the kitchen staff so if you like to watch everything that's going on, this bar is definitely for you. We were greeted promptly upon arrival and seated right away. The drinks were well made and balanced and the food was really good also. The food came out fairly quickly. This place is in a small plaza so
3.0 I wouldn?t say this place is bad, but it?s not a spot to write home about. I didn?t think the food was super special. I tried the tonkatsu, gyoza, and the pancake. I think the Okonomiyaki is good, but though I?m not a Japanese food expert, it just seemed a little too customizable. I didn?t really see much Asian representation in the space, and as a person who admires authenticity in cuisine, that part felt lacking. I would maybe give them another shot and try the
A winner. A fave. This place is a hit and I make sure to bring everyone I know here when in town. I usually stick with the okonomiyaki which never fails. The vegan cheese is something special. The ?combo? that comes with udon noodles has easily become my new go-to item, it?s so good!! Highly recommended.
A very unique find. I found this meal to be one of the freshest I've had in a long time. Simple ingredients and fantastic taste. Also, try their Japanese pickles and chicken Katsu. The service was great and everyone was very friendly.
I had heard good things but was still pleasantly surprised at how good this place was. We ordered the Okonomiyaki which was one of the best things I've ever eaten. My wife had the Yakisoba which was really tasty. I had the Japanese Curry and really liked it. We got medium beers and they were huge! We also got a chocolate sake shot and it was delicious. Love this place. EDIT: we went back and got the Yaki Udon (thick noodles) and it was fantastic.
