Einstein Bros. Bagels

We are visiting from out of town and usually enjoy einstiens, but today the staff dropped the ball. First they tried to rush us through ordering, then they gave our order away to someone else, then they forgot two of our items and were getting annoyed with us for trying to get the order right and all the things we ordered. Then two of our orders were wrong. We ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, no cream cheese came on it. Got sausage on one of the bagels when we ordered bacon on both. Just overall a disappointing experience. Staff needs to pay attention to detail better.

Gave the wrong food, won’t answer phone nor help with fixing what they messed up. Go somewhere else for breakfast

Great place for a good cup of coffee and a bagel Sandwich. I had the everything bagel with bacon, egg cheese…. And a house blend coffee. The coffee was warm but it was still good. The Bagel was yum. I’ll definitely stop by again before I leave town. Thanks.

This quality of service is not what I expect from Einstein Bagels it was appalling and nasty the back of the restaurant is disgusting with Trash all outside of the dumpster the associate did not supply me with a receipt and the quality of the Nova Lox sandwich was awful I did not even bother to eat it for fear of being sick this sandwich is supposed to be open faced, that is the way it was made for me in Florida and since I moved here I was expecting the same high quality of service I am accustomed to NOT HERE AT THIS LOCATION BE WARNED
