Waited in line for ten minutes only to be told that they didn't have a scanner to take mobile payments. GSR representative didn't know how to proceed from there. Very poorly run. Edit: two months later and this problem hasn't been solved! Edit2: 11 months later and DDPerks is still not able to be used here. To rub salt in the wound, they also don't take Discover.

Employees are very friendly and service is very fast , even at busy times.

Stopped in on a Monday I think. Next time I'll be back with my relatives.

I'd been here a few times and got good service, and today I had a larger order than usual and a quick but unusual question (I have an odd allergy to bird meats). The staff got the question answered, the drink and food together, and me on my way in record time. The donuts, drinks, and other food here are just what one would expect: just OK. But I like the people who work here and thought they deserved some kudos. If you just want some coffee and perhaps a donut or other snack, this is a good place and very reasonably priced. The only issue is that because they're in the student center food court, you do have to avoid peak hours when they can get really overburdened. If you want some nicer but slightly pricier coffee and/or the food court is swarming, try the Blue Donkey coffee place on the lower level of the student center behind the big stairs.

Cheapest Dunkin Donuts I've been to. They are quick , too given the volume of clients.
