Bidrage med feedbackNice friendly hotel conveniently located next to the airport. Which brings in the problem of noise from the airport is 24/7, so sleep is difficult even with earplugs. Possibly the rooms on the non-airport side are quieter, but on the airport side it is almost impossible to get more than 20-30 mins sleep before the beeping of work vehicles, planes taking off from the runway next to the hotel, or police cars go by with their sirens on, wake you up.
I made a family and friends reservation I have stayed here multiple times with the same discount on Nov.28 my bday i came to check in a so called manager black lady with crooked or.messed up teeth at the bottom is the only way to describe her her name might be Valerie she denied my reservation and told me if I didn't pay regular price I would be charged the discount rate weather I stayed or not because of cancellation fee when I didn't wanna cancel it was my birthday I even said that. she didn't care she had THE NASTIEST attitude ever omg she looked up past reservations to see if I used the discount before saw that I did and said I'll talk to my manager had me waiting almost an hour to come back and say we will call you did not call and charged my card anyway I'm definitely calling corporate this was so unfair and rude I've never been treated this way here before she lied and said this has been in effect that we don't take these discounts but clearly saw that I had used it before so she lied badly and still charged me so disappointed but her karma will catch her for being so nasty and rude!!!! I couldn't believe how she treated me SMH!!!
We checked in on thanksgiving night for a layover. Everything was clean, staff was super friendly! Beds are very comfortable. Will stay again.
This place has really gone down in customer service, I parked my car there for a week and the window was busted out when I returned, I was told it happens all the time, 6 more vehicles were broken into at the same time, they put plastic over my window which I appreciate,but I was never notified, I found it when I went to get my car, things were stolen, I was told by the parking attendant that it happens often,they just climb over the fence, I asked about cameras and I was told, they saw them, but they would just get a slap on the wrist and put backs out on the street , I called the manager and talked with him, about a refund for the night I stayed,and I received a letter saying it had been denied, everyone I talked to said it happens everywhere, I won't be parking in Atlanta anymore, I will pay more to fly from a safer place.
The hotel is one of the best in the area, very clean, spacious and close to convenient locations. However, I had many problems during my stay every time I went to have breakfast. Today was one of the days that I felt very bad because the person who served me did not want to take my order without giving her the breakfast voucher. 5 times I explained that I do not have the voucher because in my account there is a credit card and that they can charge breakfast to that account. However, she started to tell me that breakfast cost a certain amount of money and that's when I couldn't stand this disrespect any longer and decided to leave without breakfast. I think you should change the policy that you have for breakfast because throughout my stay, which lasted 6 days, I felt that there was a difference in the way they treated me.
