Maple Street Biscuit Company - Concord

Upon entering, I was instantly welcomed by the delightful scent of fresh biscuits, a warm and inviting aroma. The menu boasts a wide variety of options, and it's hard to go wrong with any choice. I opted for the Squawking Goat, which is a heavenly mix of perfectly breaded, crispy fried chicken, crunchy goat cheese, and delicious pepper jelly, all nestled in a warm, buttery biscuit. I will definitely be returning soon to explore more of the menu.

I have to say, wow! They turned all my breakfast biscuit dreams into reality... and make sure to try their smash browns. It's pure heaven on a plate!

Wow, this place is fantastic! We were lucky enough to have a previous customer who paid it forward and treated us to our breakfast. We then continued the kindness by covering the meal for the next person. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious!

As for the food, it was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the Farmer, the Squawking Goat, and indulged in the 3 Layer Cake. The pepper jelly on the Squawking Goat was amazing. The fried chicken was tasty, and together they made a wonderful meal. The apple sauce on the Farmer was sweet but not overpoweringly so, and the sausage gravy had a nice kick while still being very enjoyable. Regarding the atmosphere, the service was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, and the table arrangements were warm and inviting. The establishment also has a great sense of humor. If you're in the Concord area, I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or brunch!

I absolutely LOVE their fried green tomatoes! The ranch dressing is divine. The chicken for biscuits is also flavorful, and the portion size is quite generous. I find myself visiting almost every weekend to indulge. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that their biscuits aren’t my favorite. Although they're made fresh, they taste somewhat "store bought." Additionally, the wait for food can be very lengthy on weekends. However, the service is excellent, and they do their best to accommodate customers.
