I had a mix-up with my coffee order, but it wasn't the employee's fault—it was a machine issue. They were incredibly nice about it and immediately invited me to come back to get it corrected, although I had to wait until the next day. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered me a free cup! Every employee at this Dunkin' Donuts is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is very clean.
