Great ambiance, have a cigar and relax here. They offer additional services as well, from helicopter rides to car washes and valet parking. We had coffee and desserts here. The restaurant is enormous and sits high up on the hill.

Rib eye steak was delicious, entertainment was great also and they kept the tequila flowing. Excellent views perfect date spot in the mountains of Jarabocoa.

Alta vista is hands down one of the best restaurant I have ever tried so far, and believe me I’ve tried so many . Loved the view you can see the whole town Jarabacoa. Food was good, I ordered their salmon with some bake potatoes and it was good. There was a group of music as well singing They were fantastic I really recommend if you go to the Dominican Republic to try this restaurant you won’t regret it.

AltaVista restaurant is a prime example of the excellence that can be achieved in the restaurant business when a talented chef teams up with an impeccably professional service staff. In fact, Altavista has set the bar so high that I am usually disappointed whenever I dine any place else! Once one experiences the quality of the food and service here, it becomes very obvious that it is a true dining value. In a world of over-priced and over-hyped restaurants, This restaurant remains my very favorite when visiting the country. The mountain views are amazing! The staff are very friendly and caring and the food is to die for. This place is a little piece of heaven here on earth def breathtaking. They do have parking. Also a helicopter to ride on at an additional price. Whether enjoying their must try Cappuccino on a early afternoon or enjoying their tasty cuisine for dinner you won’t be disappointed. My family, friends, and I truly love it!

Food was amazing, the only thing I didn’t like that my strawberry daiquiri wasn't strong enough even when they added more alcohol. Over all the view is beautiful and the food is amazing. Worth visiting.
