Queued for long before my turn to buy their famous cloud bread. The cashier was bagging a cloud bread and suddenly an Italian lady popped by via the “express” counter and checked out with the bread which the cashier was bagging. I was left standing there to wait again. Staff has zero respect for their customer. Not sure if it’s because I’m not Italian.. but I observed that others who couldn’t speak Italian were waiting for a long time too. Unless you enjoy being disrespected, I suggest you skip. No matter how good the baked goods are, the experience will not make it taste any good.

A terrible experience is simply cheating. I bought chocolate bread in this store and found grapes on the bread. When I returned and asked for a replacement, the clerk said that the chocolate bread in their store was sold out and the products that I went out were not allowed. Return (I did not open the package in my hand, and it took no more than 15 seconds to go out) I hope you can buy here in advance and ask if the bread the clerk brought you is what you want, because they don’t know what the flavor of their bread is

The best bakery for the softest bread with marmalade .. it is delicious. And a wide selection of biscuits and breads

Really good desserts we tried the cheese cake and pies both good . baked to perfectionand pefect sweetness. Pizzas are okay not the best but no complaints on desserts. Friendly staff too !!

Visited the popular @berettailfornaio on a beautiful Sunday morning! I liked the apple one because the apples tasted fresh and it was not too sweet at all despite the looks. Focaccia would’ve been better if it could be heated before I got it to go. By the time I sat down to eat it, it was already cold and too oily.
