Has to be some of the most authentic you can find in Colorado, let alone the Springs. The food is unmatched in flavor, too.

First time eating here and I will gladly go back. Birria tacos and consome are fabulous, MUST TRY; the pozole also tasted amazing! I'm looking forward to the next visit.

Stopped here because of the ratings, but was disappointed. I Ordered the carne asada fries and it was drenched in nacho sauce (not a fan of) and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. I gave it a go but needless to say I had a few bites and that was it for me. My husband Ordered the torta and it was basic nothing great to rave about. There are also no public restrooms so make sure you go before you get there. Service however was great, they were very friendly and fast and the inside was spacious and clean.

Been seeing this place for years. Finally stopped and had the dorados de birria, they were mighty tasty. Definitely gonna be returning
