I’ve ordered from this place 3 times now. First time I went to the store, no one greeted me and they made me feel like an inconvenience any time I asked a question. Checked my food before I left and almost forgot one of my sides. Ordered on UberEats and when I got the food none of my sides were in the bag. Luckily UberEats refunded me. I recently ordered from them through their website for delivery and two drinks and a side were missing.. called and the manager said I would get a refund in within a few days, it’s been 2 weeks and I reached out again and no one got back to me.. it’s sad because the food is delicious! But they hired a bunch of high school kids to run that place and it shows.

Overpriced and subpar BBQ, 4/10 just because I like the beans and mac sides when mixed together. 40 bucks for 3 people, one a kids meal, bread/ bun was hard to taste, chew, and swallow, let alone the small and expensive expensive portions. This town is known for NOT having good BBQ and I blame Dickeys

Looking back at this review i should have called the health dept. They fed my child RAW CHICKEN! This was the WORST food experience ever in all my days, i have ever had from any resturant, not just Dicky chains. Like EVER. I have loved this place and my heart sank.. Missing items i can look past. But i CANNOT look past RAW chicken in my kids meal. That is not brine in my photo. That is raw chicken because the meat was not cut proportionately. Thus cooked uneven. This was a small CHILDS nugget and she likely would have ate this without knowing. You all should be retrained in safe cert training. Lucky i did not call health dept. Edit: after reading reviews it seems food safety is not of concern to ANY of the staff for quite some time. Perhapse i will follow through on that phone call. Prob would not pass any inspection. This place is HEALTH RISK. CHECK ALL YOUR FOOD WELL AND WITH CAUTION.
