Bidrage med feedbackAs wonderful as all the Chick-fil-A restaurants. Friendly and courteous employees, delicious food, and I was able to bring my Wife her favorite (seasonal) Peach shake!
Not the best Chick-fil-A. Slow and difficult to get in/out
We arrived at 945pm, asked the lady when we walked in if we had time to order, and she said yes, so we ordered our food, and it took 10 mins to get our food, so we waited and they brought out our food to our table. We started eating and 5 mins later they yelled that they were now closed and everyone in the lobby had to leave. We pointed out, that we had just been served our food and had asked if we had time to eat, and explained that we're were visiting and in a hotel and didn't want to eat in our room. They said we still had to leave on the middle of our meal. THEY WERE SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! IN EVERY WAY!!!! one of our party is also a Chik Filet employee, and was so embarrassed for us. When we asked to speak to a manager about this, he completely disregarded our concerns and said we had to leave because they we now closed. THEY MADE US LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR MEAL!!!!!!!!! THIS IS TBE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE EVER. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!
What a great experience. Food was great. The service excellent and beyond expectation.
Food was good just can’t believe everyone would just ignore me and my coworker they would literally just pass us and when food was brought over server didn’t even acknowledge my thank you and didn’t even make eye contact I was in the food industry for 3 years as a manager and I don’t think that’s how customers should be treated especially a well known restaurant known for its customer service
