Saltgrass Steak House Colorado Springs

This was our first time at SaltGrass, and I can confidently say that the service we experienced was the most professional I've encountered in Colorado. The fried mushrooms were fantastic, and the chips and queso were equally delicious. The teamwork at the bar was unlike anything I've ever witnessed. The manager even took the time to check in with the staff to ensure everything was running smoothly. Jade and Brent were a great duo, ensuring that our first visit was exceptional. The quality of service alone has us looking forward to returning. I just wish Pueblo would elevate its dining scene!

Excellent food. Everything is made from scratch!! I had the tenderloin tips. They were cooked to Perfection with just a little bit of pink inside. The vegetables were incredibly fresh and cooked properly. This was my first time in. And the manager gave us a coupon for free appetizer next time we come in. Their price point is high around $30. But they have a discount menu before 6pm that starts at $13

The food was incredible! I ordered the ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection, along with a loaded baked potato. Our waiter, Q, greeted us with a smile and provided outstanding customer service. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The experience surpassed our expectations. The restaurant itself was very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a fantastic steakhouse with excellent staff.

This is an excellent restaurant in Colorado Springs! We experienced prompt service, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our drinks were generously filled to the top, which was a nice touch. My father remarked that he could tell the salad was fresh just by its flavor, and he found it to be better than any other salad he’s had. Overall, this is probably the best food I’ve enjoyed in Colorado Springs. Additionally, the restrooms were very clean! So, I highly recommend this place for a meal in Colorado Springs!

This is my new favorite after tonight’s dinner. The salmon Oscar was so delicious and full of flavor. The Cajun ribeye was also very good and seasoned to perfection. Our waitress was so kind. Oh I can’t forget their ranch is very good. Will definitely be back
