Firehouse Subs - Collinsville

We often receive the wrong type of chips at this restaurant. We have requested baked chips numerous times and often receive the regular version instead, especially when ordering both types.

My partner's favorite is the Tuna Salad Sandwich, a delicious cold sandwich on wheat bread. I personally love the Hook and Ladder Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette. The Sub on a Club hot sandwich is another favorite of mine. You can't go wrong with Firehouse subs - always good!

I love this sub shop. The sandwiches are always delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service is friendly and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty meal.

Totally surprised by the size of the Firehouse Meatball !! it will be several meals for me and it is so delicious! The melty cheese on top is the perfect touch!!
