I mentioned this to the bartender, who acknowledged there was no pink in it and apologized. With 44 years of experience in the business, I know the first rule is to fix the issue and ensure the customer is satisfied, but nothing was offered to make up for it. To make matters worse, he asked if I wanted a box to take my overcooked burger home. I had only taken two bites, had eaten half of the chips, paid full price, and left feeling hungry. There were only three tables occupied and a relatively full bar at the time. Given this experience, I’ve decided to give up on trying to have a burger at Station 26. We also stopped ordering steak after a similar situation. Instead, I'll explore the many other items on their menu. Station 26 is truly a gem in Cohocton, but they need to be more attentive to their customers and ensure that their experiences are positive!

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is impeccable. I ordered the fish fry and wings, while others in my group enjoyed burgers and fries. Everything was delicious. Rating: Food - 5, Service - 5, Atmosphere - 5.

We ordered the roast beef sandwich, which had very little meat but was flavorful. However, the gravy was extremely salty. For over $14, it wasn’t worth it! The tossed salad was decent, though. On the positive side, our server was very nice and polite, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Looking back, I probably should have just gotten a burger instead. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was delightful. I highly recommend it for a cozy dinner. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
