Bidrage med feedbackEvery employee at this location has their own way of making smoothies, and that's a great thing. I believe this is what sets this Jamba store apart and makes it special.
I placed a mobile order, but the girl who was helping me left to use the restroom and returned looking confused. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my drink, and by that time, it seemed like they had completely forgotten about my order.
I observed an African American family waiting for a long time before they were finally served. Despite their patience, Kayla went to the back and seemed to ignore them for an extended period, as if they weren’t there at all. This felt like discrimination and unfair treatment. I believe Kayla could benefit from additional training on how to treat all customers fairly. Because of this experience, I chose not to leave her a tip. This team is not functioning well, and witnessing this situation truly ruined my day.
The new staff really need to work on making better smoothies. Or they need better staff. Flavor of smoothie compared to other locations it's not good.
The kids working 5/18 at 830pm don?t really care about the customers. 2 girls and new guy. 2 high school friends come in. They are having great time. Ordered a large split drink. Promise time 8:26. It is 8:40 and they haven?t started making it. New guyputs it into a wrong cup. Splits it after and I remark that it looks short. Me: ?it doesn?t seem like the normal amount? Thelead is like, ?it doesn?t always fill it?. For 9 dollars this is the garbage you get from Jamba Juice. Another person willapologize about this message and tell me to call some number. Forget this place. Don?t waste your time or money. Update readthe shoddy (bot response. ?You can go to ??com and maybe you can find a place to leave your feedback. Or you can call thisnumber and waste more of your time. Good luck when you go to this Jamba :
