Such delicious ramen! Not overly salty and the broth taste so clean. They’re generous with the portions. We had a great meal, will definitely return! This is undoubtedly one of the best ramen spots I've tried in New Jersey! My husband and I visited after a friend recommended it, and we were not disappointed. The seating inside is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, but I really appreciated their ticketing system. You pay in advance and can sit down right away, which means you won't have to wait to settle the bill later. We both ordered the shio and shoyu ramen, and they were absolutely delicious! The broth was flavorful, and all the ingredients in our bowls were cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning! It's a cozy place, so it's best to come with a small group.
