Great friendly service this morning. I had cut my finger and the boys gave me a plaster. Great coffee too, tried the new blend

I frequently visit the Costa shop on Park Street, and I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful and helpful staff. They always greet me like family and remember my drink order without me needing to say anything, especially Adam, the manager. Great job, everyone! You truly represent the best of Costa. Thank you—5 stars!

I had a great experience at the Costa Coffee on Queens Road. The space is quite spacious, offering plenty of seating options. There are also available outlets for charging devices. The decor is lovely, similar to other Costa locations, but it has its own charm. The staff were friendly and prompt in serving our drinks. The place was very clean, tidy, and well-designed, with restrooms located both upstairs and downstairs.

I visited with my children and was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service I received due to my hidden disability lanyard. The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
