Ocho Rios - Cleveland

I visited this restaurant twice recently. The first visit was around 1:15 PM, and since they open at noon, I was surprised to hear from the staff that only three menu items were available. I understand that good food takes time, so why not prepare more options earlier? The atmosphere was not very inviting, and the curry chicken was disappointing. Overall, my experience for takeout dinner was not impressive.

I used to visit Ocho Rios at least once a week, but their service has declined significantly. They no longer offer curried goat (which was my favorite), and the oxtails were either unavailable or not ready at 5:30 PM when I was told there would be a three-hour wait. They also stopped taking phone orders, so now you have to go in and wait 30 to 45 minutes for what they do have. I'm very disappointed to see how much this place has deteriorated, especially when the food used to be so delicious.
