Bidrage med feedbackThe pizza was good, but the cashier didn’t ask for my name. As a result, my pizza sat there for a while until one of the workers finally noticed and asked me for my name before giving it to me.
I've been ordering pizza from Domino's for a long time, and I've never had any issues. I've lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, and now Florida. I was introduced to Domino's after getting married, as my wife is from Ohio. I've eaten at several different locations, and I've never had a reason to complain.
I love this pizza place. john is very sweet and make our pizza so tasty I recommend this dominos pizza and employees always on time to delivery too.
Domino 's #5021 23698 US Highway 19 Clearwater FL 33765 727-791-3030 I called to get an actual status on on an order placed from their new APP. The associate that answered the phone first advised me that I had not paid for my order yet. I then advised that I know that and the reason was because of issues with their new APP. All I wanted was status on my order for delivery and a number that I could report issues with the new APP. The associate kept telling me that he had nothing to do with the APP and did not have a number for the issue, at which point I asked for any customer support or customer service number or a corporate number, any number that would handle a complaint that they could not handle. He hung up on me. I called the store back and this time I asked for the associates name. At first he only asked why several times and gave me a name of Alex only after I request to be connected with a manager. I was connected to the absolute worst manager that I have ever spoken to. The name he gave was John. When I informed John that one of his employees had hung up on me he began a verbal tirade, yelling at me that he would fire any employee that had hung up on a customer and saying that I was not hung up on. I attempted many times to tell John that I was in fact hung up on on my previous call and he became more and more belligerent. He would not give me any number for any other customer service entity with Domino 's saying that he did not have one. Now, we all know that Domino 's is a large corporation that most certainly have customer support contact information and this man was adamant that it did not exist. At the end of the call with John I did yell back at him and for that I do apologize. I have opened a formal case with Domino 's Pizza Corporate. I 'm not sure why a manager would not have had that information available.
I tried to order online 10 times without success. I then called the placed and got hung up on the first time. Called back and was able to place order but was told I would have to tip when driver arrives. Unfortunately I do not keep cash. The person on the phone said “oh well “. Very rude with the price of gas now. Will not order from them ever and would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional!!!!!
