The best chocolate in Perth! It's a shame it's made outside the region. We really need a chocolate manufacturer right here in Western Australia.

Hot chocolate is beautiful. the place is usually a bit crowded. price is kind of what she expects a bit on the high price. Unfortunately, it stops me from visiting more often.

Decent Choco place to go when they are in claremont quarter. we ordered hot choco affogato and Belgian hot choco with bychocolade. pretty good for a quick dessert or just to cool when raining to enjoy some hot chocolate. they have a good choice to buy chocolate for them. overall is quite decent place to get everything chocolate

Not only do Koko Black have quality coffee and chocolate there customer service is spot on. Particular mention of the Shop manager who is not only polite and friendly but is an expert in delivering true quality customer service. Even though they are short staffed the level of service never falters. Big Pat on the back to all the staff.10/10.

The hot chocolate is absolutely delicious, featuring fantastic chocolate pieces. The quality of the chocolate is top-notch. However, the interior leaves much to be desired—it's somewhat dirty and worn. I would give the chocolate 5 stars, the interior 2 stars, and the staff 2 stars. Overall, I can only give it 3 stars.
