Tim Hortons - City of Wetaskiwin

Went in to grab a smoothie and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged and there was many workers standing around, I would say at least 6 were there and nobody else in front of me. Finally had someone come over and placed my order. Needed the ladies room but door says to ask for key up front. The lady let me in and the toilet was clogged, i came back out to let the workers know and the one lady started cussing up and down because toilet was clogged. She let me in to use the other washroom and that was was clogged up as well. I get that it can happen but isn't there staff to monitor the cleanliness of them? Was not expecting that behavior when letting them know there was a problem, the cussing and attitude i received did not sit right with me. I will be reporting to corporate as well.

I paid 2 for extra cream cheese and it didn't have a lot of cream cheese went to hopefully get it corrected and they didn't have any plain bagels left and they took my bagel and gave me my money back, I still wanted to eat my bagel I didn't want a refund : Meal type: Other

What you would think is a simple breakfast sandwhich, all I asked is that replace the egg with sausage. I simply cannot stomach eggs sometimes, I can't help it. The staff member who took our order in the drive Thru all though maybe she was too young and didn't care. Not only was there a huge egg on my sandwhich but like everyone the cheese is half on. There was a piece and a half of bacon. Everything I go to this location I'm always dissatisfied. The last time. Everytime I ask you guys to accommodate you say yes and see you at the window and then everything is messed up. Do you guys really think I'd want a bagel with just soggy cheese and lettuce like come on
