Pizzeria La Lanterna

Been there twice for two birthdays. The food was good and the room was well decorated. The prices, however, are quite low. Advised.

I dined alone here and had very good pizza for a very reasonable price. I also had a beer and a dessert. The pizza was quick and it was just as you'd expect from a small town pizzeria that relies on repeat, local customers. I'd avoid the tiramisu if I went again, it was a bit sloppy for my tastes. English isn't spoken but I didn't find that a problem.

Cosy, traditional pizzeria with good selection on menu. Comfortably old-fashioned (decor and informal enough for a solo diner to feel comfortable. (I usually eat alone and many restaurants try to put me out of sight of put me off altogether! Good value tasty pizza.

Love this little restaurant, visited twice on last visit to this area. Expect a fun Italian experience as they like to offer you food and wine you may not have ordered off the menu but in my experience you can't go far wrong if you like genuine Italian dishes like bruschetta, pasta, pizza and desserts and the bill seems cheap for what you get. Menu is in Italian so take your translator if you like to order something specific and don't speak the language. Recommend the gnocchi scampi, it's divine. Haven't tried their pizzas but from the amount of locals getting takeout pizza I'd say they are great as well.
