Graeter's Ice Cream - Cincinnati

That tall new guy that opens store has a nasty attitude. He's NEVER FRIENDLY unlike all the other employees were. I was trying to tell that there was some roaches in the bathroom. He didn't even bother to knowledge my presence at all. So I tried to get his attention again and his response was like yeah, I can hear you.Well excuse me for bothering you is what I said to him. I guess you have to be a someone of importance to him to get his attention ‍.

It is Graeter's. For a long time Cincinnati resident, that says it all. Best ice cream in town unless you ask an Aglamesis partisan. An employee named Paul has rendered extraordinary service.

This location is always clean and there's plenty of seating outdoors on a nice day, whether it be the benches on the sidewalk or the plaza across the street. The staff always seem to handle high volume when there's stuff going on along Ludlow.

Walked in. Manager told me and my young children to put on masks. His was around his neck.

Love this location. Very nice find in this walking community. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.
