Marco's Pizza - Cibolo

Got a thin crust medium pizza. Sign says 8 SLICES, but got unsymmetrical squares. Not good for children that need things divided EVENLY. And I ordered a garden specialty pizza with added ham and got no ham.

Cibolo Valley Drive, Cibolo TX. Why call the bowl pizza when they just cut pieces of whatever together and microwave it. Better off buying the frozen pizza and add your own toppings. The food was delicious, and I can't wait for my next pizza. I enjoyed the large cheese pizza with mushrooms, which was perfectly sized and packed with flavor.

I can’t believe the audacity of asking for a tip on a take-out order! I usually don’t mind tipping the standard 20% at sit-down restaurants, regardless of the service quality, because that’s part of the expectation for services rendered. However, when I order two super simple pizzas and then drive there to pick them up myself (not even curbside service), I don’t understand why one of the female employees rudely asked me, “So, no tip?” in such an entitled manner. To top it off, she called her coworker from the back so they could both watch me as I drove away. Just so you know, I’d tip for delivery, but I went and picked it up myself! Your staff needs some retraining on what’s appropriate to ask for and what isn’t.

Awful service. I ordered a pizza online and arrived just five minutes past the guaranteed pick-up time, only to be told that they hadn't even put the pizza in the oven yet and it would take another ten minutes. After waiting for those ten minutes, I went back inside, and another employee was confused and said they still needed to make the pizza.
