Cotija's Mexican Food - Chula Vista

The food is hit or miss depending on who is making it. Typically Fridays is the only day that I actually get the extra cheese and extra sauce that I pay extra for.

They need to update their schedule. There was still 20minutes left for them to close a d they still had the OPEN!!! sign open. They just did not want to work. There was still someone waitong for their order, I call this super bad service. Last time I show up to this place. Last time my burrito was a surf and turf had just 2 pieces of shrimp. Sucks to put a bad review for lazy employees.They still don't Turn off that OPEN sign.Need to hire better and professional personnel.

Got a hasbrown burrito and it was super skinny. Asked for no bacon and still paid full price. They could have added a little bit of egg or extra sausage. This place used to have fat burritos but not anymore. Service was friendly and place was clean.

The burritos we ordered were very bland. The hottest hot sauce (diablo) was not hot at all it had a very odd flavor to it. I've had better, spicierfood from taco trucks in Colorado. Employees were nice.

I mostly do takeout, but the few times I've eaten in, I had no problem finding a table, the place is always clean, and the service is good. Vegetarian options: The one I like the best is the veggie burrito. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two entrances and both are wheelchair accessible.
