Nadaman Shangri-la Tokyo - Chiyoda-ku

I came with my friend to the opening of this restaurant and we absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, funny, and kind. We were even given a fantastic ham as a gift which made us even happier! The cost performance is great and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it feel like we were at a resort. The best part, of course, is the food. We fell in love with the truffle cheese fondue - it was fantastic! My friend and I always talk about wanting to go back, but we've been busy lately. We definitely plan on returning soon. Bellissimo!

I want to love this place because we've had great meals in the past, but unfortunately it seems they have changed their menu and we were not impressed with the new selections. Although it was pricey for tapas before, now it feels less generous in portions (1 taco for 1100 yen, 1 arancini for 1200 yen, etc. . Plus the menu selections were less enticing this time. Further, only one server was working the entire tapas section (although it was nearly empty , and the service wasn't what I would consider great. We really liked this place before but it has moved in the wrong direction. Disappointed!

I made a seat request in advance, but I made a seatサイion that doesn't have a sense at all, and I felt liked from the beginning. On the floor, I was surprised to hear the private language, laughter, and even the conversation of the private room user. The fried tempura is not a specialty store. Especially the lotus roots andちゃash are quite burnt, and the bitterness thatとおりed the aroma spreads in the mouth. Are you in charge of the newcomer? If you can’t fry the thick one like a specialty store, it’s better to make it thin or change the material. It’s better to add a fried tempura.

Not so welcoming! Food is mediocre at best . Service is slow and the restaurant was empty . Initially they told us that we are all fully booked. You can see the empty restaurant, then they said a big party just called as we made the reservation. Then they “accommodated “ us after min to empty restaurant. Also forgot about the special occasion. Should have spent time and money elsewhere.

I enjoyed the experience at Nadaman, Shangri-La Tokyo, the ambience is perfect with a very nice view I can see the train station very well. The food is also great.
