Pizza Hut - Chino Hills

Awful service! I ended up getting a refund because they forgot to make my pizza.

The service is outstanding, and the pizzas arrive quickly and piping hot! Chino Hills Pizza Hut offers excellent delivery service!

I had a really frustrating experience with their service. I paid for delivery, but they told me there was no driver available and suggested that I pick up my order instead. I tried to cancel my order, but I didn’t get a refund. It's very disappointing!

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and welcoming. The food is consistent with what you'd expect from the Pizza Hut chain and is well-prepared. If I'm running late to pick up my order, they keep it warm for me, and they always offer plenty of napkins when I ask for them. My orders have consistently been ready on time, whether I've ordered one pizza or as many as twenty, and I've never faced any issues.

This Pizza Hut always takes the time to call me about my orders, especially when they're busy or if there’s only one driver available. I really appreciate that they give me the option to pick up my order for quicker service.
