Jamba Juice - Chico

I took my kids to this restaurant, and even though I had a few small gift cards—one of which had just expired a few days earlier—they accepted it anyway. When my 8-year-old daughter tried her drink and didn't like it, they promptly made her a new one free of charge and let us keep the first drink for later. The staff was incredibly friendly; the lady even told my daughter that if she didn’t like the second drink, she would happily make her a third, just to ensure she enjoyed it. Such a kind and welcoming team! We had a wonderful experience!

I’ve been visiting the Jamba Juice on East Ave for years, but recently, a new young lady joined the team. I’m not sure of her name, but she has adorable glasses and blonde hair. She is an absolute sweetheart! I usually find “morning person” types a bit annoying, but while she’s not quite that, she has a similar uplifting energy. Her presence is both calming and positive, and you can’t help but feel happy after a brief chat with her. It seems like she has a lot going on in her life, more than just the usual “I'm behind on rent” stress, but she doesn’t let any of that show; instead, she radiates positivity. I realize I sound a bit weird saying all this, so I’ll wrap up my review here! She definitely deserves a raise!

On February 10, 2020, I visited this restaurant seeking a healthier lunch option. I've been enjoying their wheatgrass and ginger shots with cayenne pepper, which are potent yet flavorful. The numerous health benefits make it worthwhile to drink any type of grass. Typically, I order the peach açaí bowl or their fantastic greens smoothie. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The customer service here is consistently friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate Jamba Juice, and they also offer specials and a points system through their app, which I recommend downloading if you plan to visit frequently.

This is my favorite local Jamba location! The staff is friendly and efficient, and the smoothies are simply the best! If you're looking for a great vegan option, be sure to try my favorite: the Smooth Talkin’ Mango. Here's how I customize my order: 1/2 oat milk and 1/2 fresh orange juice, substitute pineapple for banana (just a heads-up, there’s been a pineapple shortage for 8 months), add extra strawberries, matcha powder, and a bit of peanut butter. I absolutely love Jamba Juice! My favorite drink is the Pineapple Razzmatazz, which is a twist on the original Razzmatazz. I always order it because of my fondness for the TV show Psych, where the main character enjoys a Pineapple Razzmatazz. I really appreciate the staff's flexibility; even though it's not officially on the menu, they always accommodate my request with a smile. I couldn't ask for better service! While they do offer some food options, my top choice is the pretzels. I particularly enjoy ordering my smoothie alongside the not-sweet pretzel (I can't remember its name or toppings). Overall, it's a fantastic spot to grab a quick snack!
