Dutch Bros Coffee - Chico

I noticed this location will sometimes give themselves the highest tip option with out asking. I do not mind tipping but would prefer if they asked instead of automatically charging me the tip they want to give themselves. Extremely unethical.

Dutch bros. This location is a below average service, one of the reasons I choose Dutch bros over STARBUCKS is because the line is supposed to be faster, however that is rarely the case at this location, this is what I have experience) the workers barely notice the line and when they do is too slow, Also they tip themselves. Not that I'm not going to tip them is just Disrespectful to just help yourself with my money. They are friendly, but it seems like customer service is not their priority.

Coffee was cold when it was supposed to be hot but staff was super

Got my son a birthday cake frost, and it had the sprinkles on top, I think that they go with it so cool. But I loved that they used to put sprinkles on every drink cup when it 's for a person 's birthday and wrote happy Birthday on it. Wish they still did that. It was just that simple special thing. But other than that, thank you guys for your delicious drinks!

I love DB! The people are always upbeat with smiles on their faces. My favorite place for coffee in the morning!
