City Winery Chicago

The food was disappointing. The fries were chewy and lacked seasoning, and I found the menu to be quite limited. On the plus side, the space was nice, and the music was enjoyable. However, the service was extremely slow during both of my visits. The wine was terrible, so I decided to go for a mixed drink, which was good, but at $16.50 for a shot, I think I'll skip that next time. I'd be willing to return just to enjoy the music, but I’d make sure to eat beforehand and have a drink before arriving. The bathroom was clean, at least.

I had a fantastic time at the show! My friend plays guitar with Switch, which made the evening even more special. However, I found the food selection to be a bit questionable. Everything else was great!

Nice intimate venue. Loved my tickets because I was right at the stage and it felt like I was a part of the show. The food was pricey but good and I’d most likely do it again. Was able to meet some very nice people sitting with us at the table.

I 'm pretty sure there 's a fire code violation with these tables being so close. The venue is beautiful and the music was amazing but the tables are way too close together.Edit to reply- it 's not that it wasn 't up to my standards If the chairs are pushed in and nobody is there sure. But when there 's people I had to suck my body into the table because of people behind me and had to climb into my seat after coming back from the bathroom. If there was a fire nobody would push their chairs in and it would be total chaos. It 's not a standard sir, it 's a life safety issue
