Sweetfrog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Yummy frozen yogurt with plenty of toppings to choose from!

This place is a must go-to when my MIL visits. They don 't have a SweetFrog where she resides. We always get our fills of sugar. However, depending on when you go and who is working, HIGHLY determines how clean and tidy the place was.

As frequent visitors to sweet frog locations we received the cheesecake flavor and thought it tasted a little off maybe even tasted spoiled. When we approached the employee behind the counter to see if the situation could be corrected her solution was to taste the serving we had in our cup. Does that seem reasonable?The local owner reached out to me and helped resolve this issue. Thanks for your help.

We used to love going to Sweet Frogs at Hancock Village in Chesterfield, VA. Lately, however, it has seemed to have gone downhill. Often, machines are broken, it’s not very clean and the flavor choices are odd. For example, there is never just regular vanilla, only sugar free. I’m not giving my grandchildren sugar free products. Hopefully, the owner will step up and make changes. If not, we’ll continue to go elsewhere. We visited last night 9/3/22

I don't frequent this particular location much, but during this trip to the Sweet Frog located in Hancock Village on Hull Street, the young lady behind the counter was very unpleasant, definitely NOT customer oriented. I only wish I asked for her name so I could mention it in my post, as she needs to be retrained!!! Not to mention some of her negative energy should've been directed towards making the establishment more presentable. Not sure if she had a bad day or what, but even so, you don't allow it to come across to your customers, especially when they're being pleasant to you. Won't spend my money in that location again.
