Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the family-sized Thanksgiving meal, and everything was absolutely delicious! Even some of my family members who typically eat meat loved the fried chicken.
The variety of menus available on their site was confusing, as it turned out that I could only order catering items, but this was not clearly stated. This level of disorganization feels very unprofessional. I even reached out to Mrs. Noami to discuss my severe food allergies and the limited options available to me. I was hopeful about ordering since her website claims to cater to customers with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, instead of being understanding, Noami accused me of harassment, which is completely unfounded. I would never engage in such behavior. Asking questions about portion sizes, pricing, and food images is simply being a concerned customer. As this is an online catering business, it's essential to know exactly what I'm ordering. There were no opportunities for meet-ups, only pickups, which complicated things further. To make matters worse, Noami blocked me via email, which is truly disappointing. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Therefore, I have decided that I will not be ordering from this company again, and I will be reporting Noami Vegan Meets Corporation.
I placed my order a day in advance, and the delivery arrived exactly on time. The food was incredibly delicious! This will definitely be my new go-to place.
Rude and disrespectful!! I called the number listed and I politely said good evening, how are you? No response, then when I asked hello? How are you? The lady hung up on me. I called back and it went straight to voicemail.
We booked Naomi for our June wedding in January of 2020. Her food was good but her service throughout the pandemic was NOT. She was inflexible and unwilling to alter the contract due to conditions beyond our control. She had requested for me to pay my balance in full before my original date in June when my now husband and I weren’t even sure if we’d have the wedding or how many guests we’d have (as her rate was per person). I’d asked if we could use the same contract and move it to a later date in the year but she still requested I pay the balance right away. I was uncomfortable with this action so again I asked what could be done as far as a payment plan throughout the year. (My husband had lost his job at the time) She refused any solution I offered and when I requested a refund for my $840 she refused that as well. Naomi was unable to provide me a signed contract on at least 4 separate occasions. Luckily, for me, one did not exist. She sent me a copy that was unsigned after we booked. Our one phone conversation with me became totally out of control as she was yelling over me as we spoke so all further correspondence was via email. This allowed me to have a paper trail for my bank that ultimately helped me dispute the charge and got me my money back. Naomi lied to my bank by cutting/ pasting portions of our emails and tried to steal this money from me for selling me a piece of paper. Her address on her website is actually someone else’s storefront. Do not trust her. Do not give her business. She is a fraud!
