M&s Cafe - Cheltenham

Went with my friend and our two children to the Königstitch-Chcheltenham-Niederlassung. there was a coworker called jacob who was amazing! he was so polite, asked us how our meals were and when we needed something and came back later and asked us if we would like to take it our tablet! that is not a service I have ever experienced in mcdonalds, before or at any almost food place, it was restaurant standard! we have shocked and made our visit even better! he deserves recognition!

Very busy, had to wait a while to get a table. staff need some sorting out.meals and drinks ok. but not one of the better cafes.we would not go again.

We arrived to a queue which didn’t move at all for 30 minutes. Eventually got coffees and gave our toasties to be heated. We sat down, drank our coffees and waited and waited for our toasties for a further 30 minutes. There were 4 members of staff, I cannot understand the time wait. It’s a disgrace.

Met grand chilern for a drink with Daddy... Ordered drink ok staff seem to work ti a system Small cup for child not the best over all it woks if you are theree ...

Popped into have breakfast, as photo of it looked so inviting... what a disappointment. I didn 't realise it was all precooked but the toast, even once reheated the 'poached ' egg, bacon and beans were Luke warm. Sent the beans back for a second go, not much warmer on return. Still at least the toast was hot and fresh.. won 't be returning again.. poor show for £5.95
