Quality food at a half decent price. Attentive friendly staff in a cosy environment. Catered well for my coeliac wife who had a full breakfast gluten free. Also offered gluten free afternoon tea which she has never been able to have before. Large free car park and outside seating available

The restaurant has a very intimate atmosphere, making it perfect for those picturesque tea experiences. The teas and dishes are beautifully presented and create a welcoming vibe. I highly recommend it.

What a charming and unique tea room at the edge of Chelmsford! We enjoyed afternoon tea here, which featured an excellent selection of sandwiches, mini cakes, and scones served with jam and clotted cream. The tea was freshly brewed and came in a variety of choices. It's a fantastic spot for a delightful and special treat!

This is a fantastic restaurant with a COVID-friendly outdoor seating area, complete with heating when permitted by restrictions. The service is friendly, and they offer a wonderful selection of breakfast, light lunch options, and desserts. While I thought the popular chocolate cake was a bit dry, the eggs benedict were delicious. Unfortunately, they are currently closed due to lockdown 2.0.
