This place is so bad like the service here was horrible I tried to call them 10 time the just hung up the phone and I went in their one time and the older lady with black hair was super rude very snappy yelled at the other coworkers and felt awkward and there was mold in the bathroom

My chocolate malt didn't have any mold in it just a lots of extra chocolate apparently the person there didn't know what malt is!

Went here to celebrate for my daughter. Super bad experience customer service sucked they were complaing about customers in front of cutomers. Very rude when we were ordering won't be back because of the atmosphere.

30 minute, wait for fries.Didn't get them got an ice cream.Cone that was cracked and broke when I received it from the waiter in the window and they walked away and let it happen been going their 20 years never again

Terrible service on the evening of June 4th. The guy behind the counter was blowing his nose with both hands. I said I hoped he 'd wash his hands. He replied, Duh, I 'm not stupid. They wiped the syrup spilled down the side of the milkshake cup with a very filthy rag used for wiping counters. The place was dirty and the servers were rude. We definitely won 't go back again.
