Coin d'Aubrac... guaranteed disconnection... A unique and unmissable corner for the lovers of calm and authenticity that I am, everything is here and even more: The welcome, the sense of service to the guests of the whole team, their listening, their benevolence, a comfortable and very well equipped apartment, a well-designed, spacious and quiet dining room, a passionate chef who prepares tasty dishes based on fresh products and the terroir to make us visit his region to the plate: a pure moment of happiness for the eyes and taste buds. There is research in the dishes, the personal touch of the chef, who makes all the difference. The relaxation area with the Balneo is fantastic, relaxing, well designed, clean, various massage proposals, and there is also a benevolent and professional team. Wonderful parenthesis, my week at Coin d'Aubrac survived me. Coin d'Aubrac is much more than a restaurant hotel: it is an art of receiving, an art of sharing, with an open mind state where you feel really well.
