Subway - Chattanooga

I ordered online and was told my sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I arrived at the store and waited another 10. One of the three sandwiches I ordered was missing five ingredients. It was a Baja turkey avocado footlong, and guess what one of the missing ingredients was? Avocado! I called the store to express my disappointment, but all they said was they'd make sure to get it right next time. With that attitude, I'm very skeptical. I’ve decided that I will not be eating at Subway anymore.

I've been dining at this restaurant for over 20 years, and I've noticed the recent renovations that have taken place. While I really love the new look, I must point out that there needs to be some attention paid to the drain in the middle of the floor. It's a potential hazard that should be addressed to prevent any accidents.

The young woman and man at the subway were rude. They didn’t wash their hands after handling cash; they just put on new gloves instead. The bread was hard, and I will not be returning to this location at all.

This Subway definitely earns a full five stars! The cleanliness was remarkable—everything was spotless and had a fresh, inviting scent. I was welcomed by a friendly and well-groomed young woman, and the service was excellent, always accompanied by a smile. Even though it was my first visit, I would gladly go out of my way to return to this Subway. It’s truly one of the best! Thank you for making my experience so delightful!

I've never had an issue until today. The manager who took our order was quite rude. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but she could have been a bit more respectful and patient, especially since we were ordering for ourselves and two other people. We wanted to make sure everything was correct, but she rushed us despite there being no other customers in the restaurant. The tables were dirty, and instead of cleaning them properly, the staff member used just her hands. The counter behind the glass also had food residue on it and wasn't cleaned at all.
