Ben Jerry’s - Chattanooga

Awesome experience! The staff went over and above for my child! She has a nut allergy and the staff wasn't sure if it was safe for her to eat from previously dipped from containers and they opened a fresh container and used a separate scoop! That's what makes a business great!

My 7 year old grandbaby and I really enjoyed our stop for a treat here. Our helper was so welcoming and helpful. And of course the best ice cream . . .

My family had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Even though it was late on a Friday night, just after midnight, the branch manager and her husband greeted us with warmth. They prepared ice cream cups for both my kids and us, and even added some sprinkles on top! This place offers the best customer service in Chattanooga and the finest ice cream around!

Kinzey is absolutely phenomenal! I hope you acknowledge her hard work! She handled everything on her own tonight during an incredibly busy shift, yet she stayed calm and delivered outstanding service to every customer. She truly represents the essence of Ben & Jerry's. She deserves a substantial raise and a promotion! Honestly, I would have been overwhelmed!
