Chili's Grill - Chattanooga

I ordered Chili's during my first night of vacation in Chattanooga. We ordered Togo and everything looked delicious. When I bit into my burger something was a little off. I thought it may have been the grease soaked into the bun, and it put me off enough to only eat half the burger.6 hours later my bowels were CUSSING me for doing so. I looked like a sprinkler on full blast with 2 streams of bodily fluids fighting to escape my body.Several hours on the toilet and now I feel well enough to write this review.Don't eat the Bacon Burger unless you have a plumber on retainer.Parking: Street parking was a nightmare

Ordered old timer. I love this burger but this was not cooked as requested it was missing most of the toppings an the fries tasted like they were cooked this morning. I don't eat at this location much I thght they would be like they one I usually eat at. Waste of money.

My wife and I arrived about 3 pm on a Wednesday. We parked out back and walked down that horrible ramp from the parking lot. I have CHF and my wife has COPD. Anyway we made it inside and noticed that counting us and 5 other customers. The host sat us opposite side from the bar. Almost on top of another couple. Close enough to them we could tell that they were unhappy about something but at the time we didn't know why. Getting ready to walk out at 3:25 our waitress came to the table finally. Both very hangry by this time I ask for an order of chips and queso and 2 teas. About 5 minutes go by she stops and ask about us ordering. We both placed our order. Pushing 4:05 she brings out meals out. I look at her confused and she looks at me and says OH DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM..I look at my wife and she shakes her head no for me to keep cool. Ok so I did the best I could and said we order chips and queso about 45 minutes ago. She said oh and walked away. We had started eating our meals and about 10 minutes went by. We figured since we had our meals she would just cancelled the chips and queso. Well she walked up to our table with the chips and queso. I looked at the clock on my phone and it showed 4:35. I kept my cool and never said a word. I had finished my glass of tea almost done eating nsge brings us both new Muggs of tea. I pull my card out to pay. She stats pushing buttons on that box on our table. Turns it facing me and says it is ready to add my tip then put your card on it and finish the bill. This lady had a big set testicles on her.I did a custom tip on it for $1. And we walked out. As we headed around back to the ramp I looked in the windows and she was starting at us like she could kill us. Needless to say that place will never see us AGAIN.

This place is awful. I said no onions and my burger was LOADED with onion! My friend visiting in from California said that this was the worst service he’s EVER had! Took the waiter 45 minutes to take our order, my friend said we should have just went to Nobu instead of him coming here. ALSO, the man was nice to me but very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to my friend, must be homophobia. This place needs a reboot ASAP!! On top of all of this, we didn’t receive one of our orders that we paid for.Parking: Not enough space, sucks to pay for parking in addition to paying for awful food and service.

My family and I can to eat at 3:00PM. Once the receptionist was able to get past another employee that was sitting around, she said they close at 4:00PM and could not seat us. She was very pleasant, but we won't be back. It is funny that the hours posted are from 11:00AM 2100Food: 1/5
