Flame Broiler - Chatsworth

Legitimately found a screw in my bowl. What the hell? Been coming here for years but I won't be coming back to this location.

I was disappointed. I paid over $20 and the avocado tasted bad ????

Customer service was HORRIBLE. I clearly saw the employee fulfilling the orders having an issue with me asking for the bowls to be packaged in (3) separate bags. The PORTIONS WERE LAUGHABLE. Literally 4 pieces of chicken, and 5 slivers of beef in a combobowl. I am not one to typically write reviews of this sort; but the service, as well as the portions were ridiculous! STAY AWAYFROM THIS LOCATION.

I've been to this location before and it was good. This time, I ordered a fountain drink with my purchase and when I pushed on the Sprite dispenser, a bunch of small black specks came with it. I immediately told the cashier, and she offered a bottleddrink instead. She started cleaning it and then apologized again and said it was sugar build up. Googled it, and it looks likeit might be mold. I mean makes sense because Sprite is clear, so why would the sugar build up as black specks. I appreciate howshe handled it. But that was gross..
